Deluxe Estate // Deux en un Centre-ville de Québec

The 2 apartments were very clean and nicely decorated. Communication was wonderful and questions were answered promptly. What kept me from giving it a 5 was that the description failed to mention the stairs. They were dangerous and very steep. It also was not clear that you had to go outside from one apartment to the other and because the neighborhood was full of homeless I was nervous about my granddaughters going from one apartment to another. I also use a cane so for me to have to up to the third floor was very difficult, the second would have been as difficult as well. If I had known about the stair situation I probably would have found another place to stay. I am hoping in the future you will address this.

Had a large groups and this was perfect! Highly recommend!
