Le 1911 Luxury condo

We enjoyed Quebec City and especially liked our stay at Le 1911 Luxury Condo. Positive: Beautiful place! Very clean. Great beds.The bathroom is spacious with two sinks. The shower is excellent. Big bath tub for those who love baths. Great location. Comfortable living room is very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the coded locks rather than having to remember a key. The owner is exceptionally easy to communicate with.

We had an amazing stay. My family including two adult kids loved our own space. The location was spot on! Positive: Very modern, good location, all amenities needed were provided. Excellent communication, informative, timely, very detailed. It’s like everything you could need was already thought of and prepared for you. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice gift. The book with information on the area was beneficial. This is a very spacious and beautiful space.

I would absolutely use this location again. Positive: Well kept property. Three nice sized bedrooms (one had a reading nook with window for people watching). Space was spacious, clean, and modern. We didn’t use the deck due to the weather but it was also well kept. Place is a short 5-7 minute walk from the train station. 3 minute walk from a grocery store and 3-5 minute walk from multiple bus stations. Plenty of restaurants around. Owner of the property is extremely responsive.

Nice stay in comfortable apartment Positive: Place was clean and quite comfortable. Liked having washer and dryer. Having grocery store basically next door was a big plus. Beds were quite comfortable. Negative: Walking up the narrow stairs with suitcases was a bit difficult. Might want to put a warning for people with disabilities and state there is no elevator. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. My wife did not feel comfortable walking around a night.
